Olympus FE-250 digital cameraOlympus presents its new camera, the Olympus FE-250 which is a very exciting camera and supposed to set new standards in the market! It was announced in North America on the 25/1/07. This nice camera measures 94 x 57 x 22 mm and weights 155 g. It also supports a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 640 x 480. The lens's sensor of the FE-250 is a CCD of dimensions 1/1.8 " having a RGB color filter. Olympus implemented a digital zoom on the FE-250 and included an internal flash which is very handy to any cameras nowadays . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the main subject is 60 cm.
The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the FE-250 was set at 1/2 seconds and the maximum shutter is 1/2000 seconds. Movies are supported in this version which is always a useful function. The Olympus FE-250 includes an internal memory of 20 mb and can be extended with xD Picture Card + Internal. The LCD screen available on the FE-250 diagonally measures 2.5 ". There is also a video out output available making it handy to watch pictures on your television. Connection to a computer is available through USB.
