This nice camera measures 118 x 66 x 50 mm and weights 300 g. The C-300 Zoom offers a maximum resolution of 1984 x 1488. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The image ratio on the Olympus C-300 Zoom has been set at 4:3, 3:2, for a total of 3.0 mega pixels.
The lens's sensor of the C-300 Zoom is a CCD which measures only 1/2.5 " and uses a RGB color filter. Olympus implemented a digital zoom on the C-300 Zoom with an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 80 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the C-300 Zoom is 2 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds.
