This nice little piece of technology measures 116 x 87 x 66 mm and has for weight 480 g. The C-5060 Zoom can be set to a maximum resolution of 2592 x 1944. It can also be set at a lower resolution of 2288 x 1712, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200, 1280 x 960, 1024 x 768, 640 x 480. The image ratio (w/h) on the Olympus C-5060 Zoom has been set at 4:3, 3:2, making a camera of 5.0 mega pixels.
The sensor on the C-5060 Zoom is a CCD which measures only 1/1.8 " having a RGB color filter. Olympus included a digital zoom on the C-5060 Zoom and included an internal flash being very common in new cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 80 cm. The minimum shutter speed (min. exposition to light) on the C-5060 Zoom is 16 seconds while the maximum shutter speed is 1/4000 seconds. The movie mode is supported in this version being a very useful function.
The Olympus C-5060 Zoom camera has an internal storage of 32 mb extendable with external storage with xD Picture Card, Compact Flash I/II.
