You can also set it at a lower resolution of 2048 x 1536, 1920 x 1080, 640 x 480. The lens's sensor of the FE-300 is a CCD which measures only 1/1.72 " using a RGB color filter. Olympus included a digital zoom on the FE-300 with an internal flash being a standard in nowadays cameras . The normal focus range between the camera lens and the object is 60 cm. The minimum shutter speed on the FE-300 is 4 seconds and the maximum shutter speed is 1/1000 seconds.
The movie mode is supported in this version being a very useful function. The Olympus FE-300 includes an internal memory of 48 mb and can be extended with xD Picture Card + Internal. The LCD implemented in the FE-300 diagonally measures 2.5 ". A video output is available allowing you to watch your pictures on TV. A USB connection is furnished to connect to a computer.
